Ender's Game (book)

i really like sci fi, so this book is really easy for me to love, but i think that for most people this would be a really good book in spite of book sci fi.

the book tell the story of an earth that was attacked by an alien force just to be saved by chance, and the training of a young boy that is been trained to be the leader of earth forces in the second and unavoidable war.

the story is toll from the perspective of ender during his training along other childrens, during this stage he star developing his skills and showing his leadership and combat skills.

this is a very great story and very well narrated, i highly recommend for you to read it

Mass effect

i was going to review mass effect 2 but then i though that this would be batter

mass effect is an action rpg space opera, in fact it is an awesome action rpg space opera. that could be the hole review there. 

playing this game you cant help bu to remember KOTOR but this time much more action oriented, and much more shooting and covering oriented. mass effect tell the story about a big and complex universe where the humans are just a species trying to find its place late among some other more advanced, longer lasting civilizations that live together all across the space. 

tho hole story of the game is very deep and interesting, the dialog are very well done and the choices you make end up affecting the hole plot, probably not just now.

most of the decisions are very black and white, at least not as much as in kotor, in the short term but you don't know how will it affect the game during the trilogy. there are some rpg element that may be too much but not as much to the point that you can get pas true those and those never kill the fun. the fact that you can continue the story transferring your file to the second game is very compelling.

long story short mass effect is a must play the game. very much recommended. what do you think about the game?

Watchmen - The Ultimate Cut

watchmen is one of the best graphic novels out there and i think that this is one of the best comic book movies out there. i enjoy the spidermans and the x men series but i  think this one is a great movie. this movie is up there with the dark knight and 300 as top comic book movies.

besides this is one of the most faithful comic book adaptations, is almost frame by frame the comic, and it is awesome. and the little part that deviates from the comic makes it better and more believable, o lot of people complaint about that  little change but for my was necessary.

and the directors cut par is very good, but i recommend it only for the people that read the comic or that saw the movies first version and wants to get deeper into the movie, in the extra parts there are some parts that the original release omits and makes the character deeper but other new pars would kind of let you see in advance some minor plot twists.

Portal 2

i know that this is probably the same way thta most portal 2 reviews start, but i cant help my self, so here we go, you know its coming:

now with that out of the way let me tell you that the game is really good, the puzzles are really cool, the story is is interesting, the characters are funny, the way they tell you the story of the company thru PA anauncments is great.

MythBusters S09E08 Dodge a Bullet

first of all ill have to admit that i love mythbusters and i love snipers, so this is not the most impartial review
with that out of the way let me tell you that this episode is the reason that i love mythbusters, having an outlandish premise and testing it in deep.
how far youll have to be so you can dodge and sniper bullet? the result will surprise you.

the other myth was ok, not surprising but fun in the end.

House S07E23 Moving.On (spoilerish)

i don't know whats happening to house lately but i have been more a soap opera than a show about solving (medical) mysteries and screwing with people, and the later is what i like about the show, i watch house becouse its not grays anatomy.

that says i hear that the show has been renown to a new season, so i hope they do not jump the shark trying to bring back everything to the status quo.
